As an introvert, I have navigated through the complexities of my career with the encouragement of insightful leaders who recognised my potential - an ability I had yet to see in myself.

A pivotal moment in my professional development came when my then manager handed me a copy of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This book served as a catalyst for transformation. On returning the book, but not without a heavy heart - I submitted my resignation, feeling empowered yet uncertain about the path ahead.

Years later…

I found myself on the brink of an exciting new opportunity, to embed a problem solving mindset into the culture of a start-up organisation. It was then that I realized the necessity of honing my coaching skills.

I embarked on a transformative 20-day experimental coaching skills program, which marked the beginning of a profound and professional awakening. I discovered that I had been living a life shaped by external expectations rather than my own desires. This realization prompted me to embrace a new philosophy: to define my life by my own terms.

Since then, I have actively sought out coaching opportunities that not only stretched my capabilities but have also guided me to a deeper understanding of myself. My journey has been one of curiosity, where I have learned to unearth my motivations and create pathways toward personal and professional fulfillment.
