My Why

Start with Why, are the words Simon Sinek spoke to me, as I listened to his audiobook recently.

Here goes, “it doesn’t need to be perfect”, are the words that I say to myself. It’s this point in my liminal space.

My Why: ‘To have a Positive Impact in the World, one Coaching Conversation at a Time’ - that feels right!

My How: By co-creating partnerships to transform challenges into opportunities for growth. As a Coach, a Mentor, a Coach Mentor, a Lean Practitioner, a Manager, a Leader and as a Human BEing. (This is not an exhaustive list!)

My What: By currently offering coaching for: Individual Transitions; within Organisations transforming 360 Feedback into practical forward movement, and with team transitions; my LinkedIn Mindful Moment Series (more to come in that space soon!); a manuscript that is in progress; Coach Mentoring (helping build brave honest, imperfect coaches - with guts and heart); Mentoring; and of course pro-bono work.

How does this resonate with you? Do you know your Why??
